This machine can fill bottles at high efficency with 4 filling nozzles heads working at the same time. It can fill varius liquid like perfume, cosmetic essential oil and so on. The capping machine can process bottles from above machine and cap them. All is automatic and don't consump human labor.Application:
Widely used for cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food bottle / jar filling production line, for the product such as cream, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, liquid detergent, ketchup, honey, jam, cooking oil, sauce, etc. Capacity and function could be customized based on requirements.
Features:
- Working process could be customized: bottle feeding–filling–putting pump or cap–screw capping–putting outer cap –pressing outer cap–labeling–date coding–bottle collecting.
- PLC control system, color touch screen display, English operation interface. IO status could be viewed directly on the touch screen, could locate the problem, and solve immediately.
- Piston pump driven by servo motor, filling volume could be set and each filling head could be fine-tuned directly in touch screen.
- Filling machine Equipped with transparent safety door.
- Adopts stainless steel Anti-dripping filling heads prevent material from dripping on the machine.
- High-quality filling valves, ensuring high precision of filling.
- With level sensor to automatic check the level in the material hopper, could work with refill pump to auto refill material.
- Machine body and contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, clean and sanitary comply with GMP requirements.
- Diving type filling mode could be chosen for foaming products.
- Automatic cap vibrating bowl or cap lifter could be chosen for automatic put the caps.
